Mission/State of Purpose for the TCUL Chapter Program:  "Provide a collaborative environment for credit union professionals and volunteers to receive education, leadership development, and grow credit union community influence."

Description:  Texas Chapters like Gulf Coast promote unity among credit unions in a local area through communication, training and participation in community, state and national projects that support the cooperative spirit of the credit union movement.

Awards:  The Gulf Coast Chapter of Credit Unions was awarded the 2010 Star Award.  This award recognizes chapters that have actively contributed to the success of the credit union movement in Texas by supporting advocacy, community outreach, and education. 

General Information:  The Gulf Coast Chapter is composed of 13 member credit unions representing 288,760 member–owners and over $2.7B in combined total assets.
